This charitable foundation is in memory of Ky Bradley Hamilton whose happiness in being her authentic self ended too early as she battled PTSD. Ky's life was filled with passion, a love for the outdoors and other beings. Due to the lack of programs and professionals with an understanding of the unique challenges she faced as a trans woman, the support she needed was unavailable. The goal of this foundation is to help fund initiatives and programs that provide trauma informed care and other supports for trans and gender diverse individuals.

The Foundation was established as a non-profit organization in Massachusetts on May 16th, 2025.  On September 18, 2025 the IRS recognized the foundation as a 501(c)(3) private foundation.   All donations to the foundation following the May 16th incorporation date are tax deductible within the guidelines and laws related to private foundations.
